The Village Green is situated in the heart of the village of Kingsland, Herefordshire. It is in North Road/High Street opposite the Parish Church.

It is a tremendous "plus" for the village being a Post Office as well as the local shop stocking a wide range of produce. It also has a Coffee Shop serving teas, coffees and a wide range of superb cakes etc. Attractive Tea Gardens. Open evenings by arrangement.

Parking is easy and there is a wide range of produce which is served by friendly assistants.

The Post Office is also a lot easier to use than many others.

Post Office 

Opening Hours:    9.00 to 5.30 (Mon to Fri, closed 1.00 to 2.00pm; Wednesday close at 4.30pm)

Coffee Shop

Opening Hours:    Easter to October: 10.00 to 4.30pm (Mon to Sat- Sat close at 12.30); closed Sundays

                           October to Easter: 10.00 to 3.00pm (Mon to Sat - Sat close at 12.30); closed Sundays

The Coffee Shop provides very attractive surroundings in which to enjoy a coffee with friends, a snack with business associates, or a full meal with the family. A wide choice of food and drink is available in these licensed premises and there is always a dish of the day. Sunday lunch is available if pre-booked. All food is prepared on the premises, using local ingredients whenever possible. See below for local specialities on our menu.

We also cater for small parties of upto 30 people, for birthday celebrations, anniversaries, christenings, funerals or reunions.
