SMAAK Newsletter for March – lots going on!!!

The funeral of much loved villager Jill Probyn was a sad but uplifting occasion.  It was the wish of Jill’s sons that the generous donations of the congregation should be split equally between the Millennium Green Trust and SMAAAK.  Each charity received £504. Many thanks to Jill’s family and to all contributors.

SMAAAK’ s fund raising programme for 2014 continues with a mixture of high quality live music and art, courtesy of Arts Alive, and other fun events including the re-instatement of the legendary Kingsland Potato Growing competition and an out-of-the-ordinary Pub Quiz night.
